澳洲坚果初加工工艺和设备现状研究

摘要:澳洲坚果初加工是脱青皮、干燥、壳果分选、开口、破壳、壳仁分离、分级、包装及储藏等采后处理过程,对澳洲坚果壳果、开口果、果仁的质量和售价及储运性能具有决定性作用,受其认知水平和不同地区气候、品种及产业规模的差异,其工艺设备及相关标准差异较大,本文结合近年相关研究和文献加以比较分析与讨论,为相关工艺设备的推广和相关标准规范水平的提升奠定基础。

AbstractThe postharvest processing of macadamia has decided the appearance and intrinsic quality of macadamia nuts and macadamia kernels, as well as the price, storage and transportation performance. Owing to the difference of cognitive levels and different climate, varieties and industrial scale, the related indicators and specifications varied largely in a few of relevant professional and enterprise standards. This paper, combined with recent year related research and references, focuses on the related standards and specifications, analyzes and discusses the related differences so as to lay the foundation for the promotion of related technics and equipment and the upgrading of the level of related standards.
